    La información previa al día de entrada, aunque ya he reservado con vosotros otras veces y hasta entonces siempre había recibido la información previa en tiempo y forma esta vez ni siquiera el día antes estuve llamando para ver donde y como recoger las llaves pues no había recibido ninguna información y me costo varias llamadas poder contactar para que se me proporcionara la info necesaria para poder entrar al apartamento. Punto importante a cuidar
