    Recientemente tuve el placer de volver a hospedarme en este fabuloso apartamento, sigo impresionandome con el lugar por la tranquilidad y por sus vistas en las que puedes disfrutar de un buen amanecer y de su atardecer.
    Excelente ubicación para los que buscan estar en calma y relajados ya que es una de las pocas zonas de Dénia que no está masificada.
    La limpieza es de 10 y tienes todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia.
    Espero volver el año que viene!

    Lo mejor del ático es su cercanía con la playa, te acuestas y te levantas con el sonido de las olas, es muy relajante, la playa muy tranquila y poco concurrida, al menos en mayo. No tiene arena fina pero para nosotros eso no fue un inconveniente. El sitio es tranquilo, no hay mucho por los alrededores, es un lugar como decía, para desconectar, descansar y pasear por el borde de la playa. Tiene plaza de garaje y piscina, la cual no utilizamos, el ascensor estaba roto y parecía roto desde hace mucho tiempo. El ático estaba muy bien, se nota en algunos aspectos que va necesitando alguna que otra remodelación y un cambio de toallas y ropa de cama, pero el colchón es muy cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario, aunque echamos en falta sal, azúcar y aceite. Pero por ejemplo había papel de cocina, cosa que siempre echo en falta en otros alojamientos y el detalle de dejarnos leche, agua y cápsulas de café de bienvenida, es de agradecer. Las dos terrazas que tiene son un lujo y desayunar de cara al mar o leer un libro al atardecer no tiene precio. También había un juego de mesa tanto para adultos como para niños que nos divirtió mucho. En conclusión fue una maravillosa estancia, mi hija de 8 años, mi marido y yo lo disfrutamos mucho y lamentamos el tener que marcharnos.
    Pd. La devolución de la fianza sin problema.

    El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor, está muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones bien cuidadas y la ubicación es perfecta para quien busca tranquilidad. Pero sin duda, lo mejor que tiene este apartamento son las vistas.
