Otherwise, cancellation fees of 10% of the total stay are always recoverable during one year when making a new reservation, being always the value of these less than 50% of the total amount of the new reservation. They are not recoverable, if the cancellation expenses have been produced during the 15 days before the entrance or 30 days before, if it is in the month of August.
