1. Conditions of contracting and payments
You can make your reservation online or by phone. You will receive a written confirmation of the same at that moment. When making the first payment, the customer declares at the same time that he has read and understood the rental and reservation conditions, and that he accepts them. The remaining payment must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. In those reservations that from the date of the same to the date of entry to the house less than 30 days, the payment on account will be 100% of the total amount of the stay.
The rental price does not include insurance, unless it is expressly stated that the rental price includes insurance and the type of insurance is indicated.
3. Responsibility of the Landlord.
The Landlord of the accommodation or the Agent of reserves, will not respond in any way of the loss (of value) and / or of the damages in the belongings of the Tenant and of the other occupants. If the Renter suffers damages as a result of defects in the leased, the responsibility of the Lessor will be limited to the rental price. The legal compensation will be applied to the damages that have occurred as a consequence of the contractual breach of the Landlord. The Landlord will not be responsible for any other damage.
4. Responsibility of the Tenant.
The tenant / client has the obligation to leave the accommodation in good condition, collected and presentable. The elements inside and outside the accommodation such as furniture etc, must be placed in their original location (as at the time of entry), the dishes must be washed and stored in their place and take the garbage to the container. Otherwise, Inmobiliaria Anacasa reserves the right to charge the additional cost of cleaning to the Renter.
5. Additional services
In many cases, if you indicate directly at the time of booking, you can request a travel cot or highchair with a rate of € 25 per stay each.
The accommodations are usually private properties of different individual owners and are generally located in large residential areas. The accommodations are not usually found in tourist complexes, so incidentally it may happen that unexpected works take place in the surroundings. These works are usually carried out by owners, contractors or government organizations with whom we have no relationship and therefore we have no influence on these actions. Neither the Accommodation Provider, nor the Booking Agent, nor the Landlord therefore assume any responsibility for the inconvenience caused by the works that are not carried out on behalf of the Accommodation Provider.
7. Water, electricity and Internet
Cutoffs in water supply, electricity and the Internet are not rare in some countries. The municipal and / or regional authorities, for different reasons, may agree to temporarily cut or limit the distribution. Under no circumstances may the Provider of the accommodation or the Lessor be held liable for any inconvenience or damage caused.
8. Key collection, entry and exit.
The client must go to the address indicated in the FORM that will be provided to him at the moment of confirming his reservation. The entrance to the accommodation will start at 5:00 p.m. The collection of keys will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in our office, delivering to the presentation the ID or Passport of all occupants of the accommodation over 16 years. The departure time will be before 10.00 am on the day of your departure. If you can not adjust the time of entry, you must contact Inmobiliaria Anacasa to arrange the delivery of the keys. If Anacasa is not notified, the client will bear the additional costs that could be incurred due to non-compliance with the schedule (such as overnight stays in the hotel, transport costs, etc.) without the client having any right to make claims for said reason . If you can not occupy the accommodation during the day of arrival or during the delivery of keys for any difficulty during the trip or for personal reasons, as well as if you shorten your stay, Inmobiliaria Anacasa will not make any refund. Yes, VD. you wish to extend your stay, you must request it in our office as soon as possible, without this implying acceptance of this request.
To make the reservation, you must previously accept the "rental conditions", where you will see the contracts to which both parties submit. These contracts must be signed when making the corresponding check-in.
