Which contract we use to confirm your booking?

Does the price include electricity and water consumption?

Water and electricity supplies are included during the season from JUNE to SEPTEMBER, as long as it is a normal consumption. The consumption of air conditioning is planned with a maximum of 18KW per day, an excess over said consumption can influence the final rate. If the rental period is equal to or greater than 29 nights during the season from OCTOBER to MAY, the water and electricity supplies will be billed according to the consumptions made in the home at the same prices indicated by the supplying companies.

Are you including linen and towels?

Yes , all apartments have 1 set of sheets per bed and 1 set of towels per person

Does cleaning service ?

On arrival you will find the apartment completely clean. However, if you want to hire a cleaning service during your stay, Anacasa can provide this assistance will not be included in the price .

What’s in the kitchen?

The kitchens in our apartments are furnished with furniture, utensils , appliances and furniture typical of a seasonal property , appropriate to the squares.

Can I have a crib for my baby?

Anacasa cots available for the convenience of our customers , let us know in advance and have available upon arrival .

Do they allow pets?

It depends on the house. It is necessary to confirm this information as there are homes that do not accept .

In case of cancellation penalty what I have?

If you cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date you will be penalized with the 10% of the rental amount. If it’s after 30 days, it will be penalized with the total of the rental amount.

How much deposit have to deposit and how it gets ?

Anacasa retained by a Bank Pre- authorization through the card, the amount of € 150 on the day of arrival and key collection. This amount will be retained in your account and will be released within a few days of departure , after inspection of the condition of the property . The company reserves the right to modify the requested bail, depending on the leased property or tenants who will occupy it.

What are the hours of entry and exit to housing?

The time of entry to the apartment is from 17:00 to 19:00 h . Out of hours, please contact us in order to offer KEYBOX system which has a supplement of 10 € .

The keys will be back before 10:00 on the day marked out in the contract, in the same housing. We would like to clarify that the times are necessary to ensure proper Anacasa to cleaning the apartments.

If you want to extend the time -out until 12h, and it is possible you must pay € 20 bonus.

Where do I pick up the keys to the apartment ?

Key collection will be in time 17:00h to 19:00h from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 10:00h to 13:30h. If the property is located in Oliva, you must go to “Inmobiliaria ANACASA” located in C/Padre Antonio Salelles, 3, (near the post office). If the house is located in Denia, you must go to our office located in c/Patricio Ferrandiz, 44.

When will the rest of the price is paid ?

The rest of the price will be made by bank transfer to the indicated account, within 30 days prior to the date of entry to the property.

How to book?

If you want to confirm the reservation of any home you can contact us by email or telephone. To complete the reservation is necessary to pay 30% of the total price by bank transfer or through bank card payment.
